I have a problem with my account, I have a balance that was blocked for 180 days and since time passed and they sent me a message to the email that I can withdraw it, when I try to withdraw it tells me to talk to the support via chat and the chat is always offline at all hours there are no agents available I need them to resolve my account and I can withdraw the money to my bank account.
