In my bank statement it show PURCHASE PAYPAL *UPSEASIASDN payment to an unknown party. But i didn't buy anything for said amount or date. How can sort this issue?
If you paid for an item online with a card and NOT by logging into Paypal then it would not show on your Paypal account.
However it 'may' have been processed by a sellers Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your card statement.
If that is not the case and the payment was unauthorised then you can report it as such by either phoning customer services OR contacting your card issuer for a chargeback.
