I have a couple of unathorized payments to DE88 5007 0010 0175 5263 03. I never paid to this account, and they are taking away -20 euros, -30 euros etc. Is there a way I can get my money back, and find out why this happens please?
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If not then click on the transactions and report them as unauthorised if that is what they are.
