I had a feeling it was a scam, now I can't dispute it.

Found a cheap deal on a kayak from Goinfine.com. Bought two, and now can't dispute the charge. Called the customer service line and they said I had to either get the seller to cancel, which they won't, or wait 12-24 hours to call them back. After that time, I'm sure the transaction will be completed and I won't be able to do anything about it. Any advice?

I got scammed and got my money back. Get USPS supervisor phone number from your local post office for non-delivery issue. Keep on calling, and you will reach the supervisor who will write an email to you proving you did not get the package that was addressed to a different address in your town. Call Paypal dispute specialist and forward the email while on phone. You will win! Good luck! If not, chargeback credit card for non-delivery which still needs independent 3rd party proof like USPS government statement.

I (OP) got my money back! I had to dispute it multiple times but, eventually, I was refunded the money. I didn't have to get the USPS involved (I was provided a tracking number by the seller), but I read in the comments above that some had to reach out to the shipper to prove that the purchase was fraudulent. Be persistent! Paypal needs to know about these scammers. Good luck and be vigilant!

I was just scammed out of a bread maker. Never received it They wouldn't answer my emails and when I called always busy. I put in a dispute with paypal and because they showed a tracking number and that it was delivered. I lost. I have proof (by my security cameras and ring doorbell) that there was never a delivery on that day. I tried to go into the resolution center on the dispute. (once they said that the seller provided a tracking number) to tell them I have proof that it never came there was no where to tell them this. Also, the tracking said the item they sent weighed only 2.5 pounds and the other bread maker I ordered (same one I had been waiting on from this Goinfine) the tracking showed it weighed 14.6 pounds. So how could that be what they sent. I am now disputing it with my credit card company. I have all the proof I need for them. I will never use paypal again because they are not fair to the buyer. They let this company continue to do this to people.
