I got scammed

I opened a dispute with pay pal and I wanted to escelate it to a claim as I bought tickets of someone and they haven’t sent them. I have lost 70 pounds and pay pal arnt really helping me out. So was wondering if you can help me what should I do?

Have you escalated to a claim?

If so have paypal made a decision yet?

Which dispute did you open ie non receipt or unauthorised?

How did you pay ie which paypal option?

Phoned them and all pay pal was saying is to contact ur bank no help what so ever
