I got scammed by someone I was buying an account from and it says there’s supposed to be a refund this payment and there’s nothing there that says that, so where do I refund bc I don’t wanna lose money like like this the email of the person who scammed me was I can’t put their email but if a moderator sees this please help, I gave $26.03 pls help Paypal
