Ok, new to sending money via pay pal. I just got scammed for some sneakers from a scammer on instagram. It seems like i can't file a dispute because of the way I sent the money.
There should be some "warning messages" or "caution screens" when you send $$ this way stating that you can't get your money back once you send it.
I thought Pay pal was secure is why I trusted to send via pay pal. I was told this was the best.
I got scammed. The sneaker dealer deleted their account and won't return my messages.
Be warned people. There are some low down people out here.
