I got scammed by a website. I've read that I will lose the dispute. What can I do?

I purchased an item from a website. Unfortunately, I did not google them until after the transaction. I tried to cancel the transaction at the pending stage, but I was told by paypal that it wasn't possible. The money was transferred out of my bank account, so I have no credit card protection.

The transaction has since went through. The seller uploaded an old bogus tracking number. The item shows delivered on July 10th. The transaction was on July 15th. I'm not sure how he got the tracking number for my zip code. I've read that paypal will automatically decide in the seller's favor.

Is there anything I can do? I can't get through to an agent via the phone. I can only message them. They are saying I have to wait 3 days to escalate.

PayPal obviously does not care about their customers I’ve been denied to recent transactions that had falsified the United States Postal Service tracking numbers and PayPal sided with the seller... I have pictures of the falsified packaging from the Post office… I cannot contact anyone from PayPal via phone

The paypal agents do not even read my messages. I just got a message from them confirming that it shows delivered and to call USPS. I wrote multiple times that the bogus tracking is showing delivered 5 days PRIOR to my order being placed.

Has anyone got through to an account specialist or someone on the phone? I can't reach anyone except through messaging.
