I got the Item i ordered, but not nearly the condition promised and waaaaay to small for XL. So i wanted to send it back.
There are no E-Mail, or Adress or Tel.No. to get in contact with the Company, so i write to Paypal.
After some back and forth with the Company, they said, i need to send it back, and pay for the sending. I did this, and waited.
Now the packet came back, it was not excepted by the Retailer! And now Paypal won't help me, because it took so much time for them to answer me / send the packet back. Nothing of this was my Fault, but the conflict management won't help me, and now i have nothing to get in touch with the Company.
Can somebody help me?

did you open a claim over the phone as you were a guest buyer?
did paypal find in your favour?
did paypal tell you to return the goods?
did you provide paypal with a tracking number?
