So I recently purchased a virtual card from GlobelMoney.com and they said I would receive it within 15m but that didnt happen so I searched online for reviews about the website everywhere it was written they scam. Is there a way to get my money back now? It's a pending/authorised payment is there anyway to dispute this payment
New update! I tried to file a case ( finally found out how to ) but it doesn't let me file a case for a pending payment. Will I have to just wait it out for them to mark the payment complete as it's pending.
