Hey PayPal community, so I put up my vehicle on E Bay (also stating NO returns/warranties and some minor flaws with the car.) and had someone contact me wanting to buy the car outside of E Bay, and instead Pay Pal the money to me to avoid taxes??? So I went for it, He sent me the $13,560 thru 3 different payments. After I received payment, he told me a tow truck is coming to pick up the car. I gave the tow truck driver the keys and he went on his way to deliver the car.
2 weeks later, I had a "chargeback" on my paypal account of -$13,560 saying that the car was " Damaged or defective/not described"... Keep in mind my ad stated it was no returns, and even have text messages that say the flaws with the car..
Now collections has mailed me trying to pay off my $13,560 debt.. And I dont have my car!! Someone please help me.
