Hello everyone, I received an invitation to a party for hallowen night in san Francisco and I had to wear so I paid for costume as well(same person).They said that the event was canceled on the morning of hallowen day. Then they said it would be Wednesday in the week.There was no such event when I went there during the week.I am disgraced.I got ripped off.I met with paypal but they do not return my money.please help me.I paid $ 450 in total.
