I got charged twice.. How to claim it if I did the transaction out of my paypal account

Hi Community,
Last Friday I bought something from the Kerser shop https://kerser.bigcartel.com/ in Australia and the payment was via PayPal. I did the transaction without using my PayPal account, but using the same email.
When I checked by bank account, I noticed that it has been charged twice. I also recieved two confirmation emails by PayPal. I would like to make a claim and I don't know how to proceed as I'm not able to find the transaction into my account. Also, I contacted the shop and they responded saying that they only received one payment.
How should I proceed? I'll appreciate any help.
