Hello I had ordered sth on Ebay three days ago then immediately canceled it due to forgetting to redeem a discount code. My Pay pal was charged and received refund in this day. However, yesterday Pay Pal still charged me for this order and my Pay Pal balance did not increase. I don't know how I can get my money back. Please help me
