I said I will when I get tracking. so he sent it and I closed the case the. problem is now it says that the package was handed to someone. no one in my household has the package. because I closed the case its like I can't do anything I lost my Money and the shirt I bought. PayPal says they protect buyers but they really don't I got **bleep** and can't do anything

Paypal protects buyers if you don't close a dispute or claim before you have received an item or a refund.
In fact before you close a dispute or claim paypal warns you that you won't be able to re-open it if you continue.
