I found out my cousin used my phone address and name to create multiple PayPal accounts

I seriously need PayPal more than ever, I only use it with my card and never use PayPal wallet. I am very disappointed in my cousin for doing what he did but now it’s affecting me more than I thought I need help desperately. The PayPal phone line has 2 hour lines during the only time I can call them and I can’t send them a text either

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with recent unauthorized activity. Normally, if you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. But since it sounds like this was on accounts you don't have the ability to login to, I would recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction. If you do have the ability to login to the accounts, I would recommend reporting the unauthorized activity with the information in the following Help Center article: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?
