I found an unauthorized transaction on my account but Paypal responded that it was not an unauthorized transaction.
somebody purchased an e-gift card from https://www.mosaicweightedblankets.com/, and paid for $250 with my paypal account. it was transacted about a month ago, but It was not seen on my account until a recent date. I have never made this transaction and I have never visited that site before. I reported it but Paypal closed this case in only a few hours. They said it was not an unauthorized transaction. How do they know it? how do they decide like that?
What can I do to get a refund?
