I recently filed a dispute for an item I purchased after discovering it was faulty and the seller taking no action to resolve the issue. PayPal eventually told me to return it and provide tracking. Owing to the size and weight I could not use a conventional carrier and had to use a specialist. I returned the item which I provided the vehicle tracking and a signed proof of delivery PayPal then refused my claim on the basis I did not give them an online tracking number. The item cost me £2300 and with the delivery I am now out of pocket £2500. I am at a bit of a loss as to what I do now as PayPal are refusing to take a look at it again even though the evidence shows the item being delivered. Can anyone help or give me some advice? It just make no sense.
