I don't know what to do....

Hey PayPal community, I created 2 accounts a few years ago while I was a minor. Both had fake dates of birth but everything else is real. One was my primary account and another was to transfer funds to my primary account via prepaid cards. My original account received an "unauthorized payment" which resulted in a balance of -$104 which I can pay but everytime I try to log in, I receive a error saying "Sorry, we can't log you in". The other one has a limitation until the identity is verified which is also doable but I don't want to submit documentation if it won't be accepted due to the incorrect DoB. Any suggestions on how I should go about this as I would like to start my service back up to earn money the side.

My you like breaking paypal rules don't you?

Apart from the fact you are ONLY allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business >>>

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.
