I don't know what I should do next....

I don't have any idea about disputation resolution....

 

In July, I opened disputation case but I cancelled it because I got product from seller finally.

I should pay for it but Paypal is holding my transaction.

I asked Paypal to release my transaction but they can't because they need a response from credit card company.

 

However The weird thing is that they respond already and My credit card company charged me and I paid it.

I sent Playpal the proof of it.

Totally it is done I think but still Paypal is holding my transaction....

 

When I call Paypal, they says that we need response.

When I call credit company(discover), they says that we did it already.

I did this kinds of conversation over twenty times....

 

I'm tired of it...

 

So anyone please  give me some advice for resolution...

Hi @ignitoma1031,

 

I'm sorry to hear that a chargeback that you opened with your credit card has not resolved properly. PayPal can only receive updates to chargeback cases directly from the card issuer. Only the card issuer can provide the needed response through the chargeback channels. Please appeal to the card issuer and request that they send that response again to close the case.

 

I hope this can be resolved quickly!
