I've used PayPal for years. No problems. But I just bought three items and got scammed!!! I ordered three nice items form three different sellers and received three pieces of junk. I filed two cases and will file the third, but we are communicating by email and not through PayPal. How do I begin the communications through PayPal. Thank you.
