I ordered it on the 15th of December, hence yesterday I have opened a dispute about an order which has not been received yet. It is saying that it will be automatically closed if it will not be solved within the 4th of this month.. it will only be about 2 days!! Also I do not have the escalate to PayPal option. Can someone help me please ?
