I was wondering if I could appeal a decision that Paypal made.
I tried to contact the seller, but to no avail so put in a claim.
I am not sure why I am doing this 8 or 9 months later. I guess I was just waiting a long time for my product to arrive from China.
I put in a claim last week. They said that there is a three month deadline and I was too late to claim a chargeback. (the order was only about a 9 dollar item, so no biggie)
The thing is you can see the person got bad feedback near the end of their eBay existence (before they closed their eBay account).
You think paypal might look at that in spite of my claim being so late.
No?

Not really no as you only have up to 180 days to open a Paypal dispute.
However if you funded your Paypal payment via a credit card then contact them and they 'may' help you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
