I did not receive my item

I recently bought a Ps5 from Shpock and the user asked me to pay him through PayPal. He asked me to do friends and family because he needed the money straight away and stupidly I said okay. I paid £450 for that Ps5 and he said he would use special delivery so I would get it the next day. I still haven’t received it and it’s been 4 days. On top of that he has not been answering any of my messages and I think has blocked me. I tried to go onto the resolution part of PayPal but my only option was unauthorised transaction. I clicked on it to see if it would do anything and the case was closed within a day with no refund, now when I try and make another resolution it doesn’t allow me to. What should I do?
