I did not receive my item I ordered.

I did not get my item I ordered.  It was delivered to a different address in the same city.  Post office states address was changed on the tracking #. Seller says it was delivered.  It was to someone else.  I have provided paypal with documentation from the post office, but I can't get any satisfaction. because it was delivered. just not to me.
