I do not understand why every account i create i immediately get permanently blocked. This is very frustrating as i can't do any online transactions as they block my account and trap my money for 180 days. Why?? Someone kindly explain to me why it is happening to me, yet i have not violated any policies as they claim. I have even read all the user agreements and understood very clearly, and it's evident i have not violated anything. They have currently blocked my four accounts, and now i am stranded as almost all my money is in their. Some advice please or should i sue PayPal.
