Hi, im new to this so i hope someone can help me. I have a baby on the way in less than a week, so i bought some extras for my pram on ebay, when i received the product however, i realised that the seller had lied to me, when i contacted ebay they told me to file a dispute with paypal, yet when i try to do this, i cant see the transaction that i made to the seller, i really need thia refund as i cant afford to buy proper equipment for my pram without it. Please i hope someone can take the time to help me.

Hi @Mary12341,
I'm sorry to hear that the item that you ordered is not what you received! If the payment was made as a guest payment, the transaction would not show up in your transaction history. Guest payments are made using your card during checkout, without logging in to your account. If the payment was made under 30 days ago, you still should be able to open a dispute via eBay. If not, please contact customer service to see if there are any options.
To contact customer service, please click Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for contact options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
Congrats on the new baby!
Olivia
