I have been locked out of my account for months now, and i havent been able to even take my money out and send it to my credit card. paypal says i need to prove my identity by showing id like a license or things like that, but i do not have any of the things they are asking as i still live with my parents. what am i supposed to do? They've pretty much locked away my own money and I have no clue how to get it back.
