I cannot submit document of business information

My account was locked because of account limitations. I uploaded my ID card and bank statement at least 3 times but have no unlock. I realized the reason was the business name I wrote before didn't match to business name on the bank statement so I changed my business name. And then, I can't upload proof of business address anymore (cause I can't click on it). I already sent a message to Message Center but having no answer.
