I cannot escalate my dispute to a claim

Hello everybody,

I was sent an email by PP yesterday regarding a dispute I have opened and got no answer from the seller. I was advised by PP to escalate my dispute to a claim within 3 days otherwise the case will be automatically closed. Although I follow all the right steps adviced by the help center, when I go to the resolution center and view my dispute, the "Escalate to PayPal" button is missing. It's supposed to be at the bottom of the page.

Any help would be very much appreciated. I see that others had similar problems. I use chrome as my browser.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
