Hi, my name is Timur. I did not log in my PayPal account for a long time. It was banned/limited by PayPal due to some misunderstandings from my side.
Somehow I created BUSINESS account. That time I did not know the meanings of NON-Profit organisation((( I just wanted to purchase one item from eBay, cost was approximately near to 200 dollars. I do not have a business!!! So I cannot deliver any legit documents. What should I do? I would like to use PayPal services further.
