I have a personal account where I have taken payments for commission work. I started earning too much and they asked for verification. I filled in what was required and my account got a message saying "You can't use your account anymore." two days later.
If I change it to a business account do I get a second chance? Is my money gone? What can I do to get my account back since I don't think I have done anything illegal except done business on a personal account. Which I didn't know I would get into when I created my account.
I really need paypal to continue working, can anyone help?
