I can’t respond to case dispute in resolution centre

Seems to be a tech fault with website.  Have tried using different gadgets...iPad MacBook,phone and both web and app...click on respond button in resolution centre and go through to blank page with li5erally only contact us and security buttons on it. Have called customer service spent an hour on phone had a call back and been promised another call back and nothing.  Likewise with emails.  Sent 3 so far and still getting generic help emails back with helpful suggestions like look online at ou4 help pages.

Hi 

I have the same issue, lost hours in phone conversations without success, only the bill of my phone increase....
