I can't reach to real paypal customer service

Hello, my account is abruptly suspended. There was nothing else i did wrong but they suspended my account. I'm trying to reach real paypal customer service and chat with them. But when i press contact button and message us, i am just able to talk with the automated bot. When i write i want to contact with customer service it says; our all agents are offline please message in the business ours. I am trying to reach in every 2 hours at 10 am 12pm 14 pm 16 pm 18 pm 20 pm. But same problem. Do you have any ideas for me to do ?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
