I purchased a dress on 18th June 2020, the dress did not fit, so I returned it on 3rd July. I have the receipt from the post office. I have written 3 or 4 times to the company, asking for my money back. They send me an email each time to say sorry for the delay, and that the money will be refunded to me shortly. I'm still waiting. I have also advised pay pal of this situation and the say that can't help me with this dispute.
I would be grateful if someone somewhere can help me to get my money back. Im at my wit's end.
