Hi! I'm not living in Australia anymore and have a limitation issue. Last week I contacted PayPal support and asked them if I could upload Dutch ID, they sent me an email with a list of accepted documents that I have to upload in Resolution Centre, but my problem now is that I don't see any upload button there! It just says " Your account has been limited, To view and resolve the limitations that have been applied to your account, visit the account limitations page." Which takes me to a page where I can only submit an Australian ID (I don't have).
Is there anyone who can help me with this?
