I can't do any online transaction in Thailand

I have a 7 year old verified account. It was opened in my country of origin and has funds. I am currently holidaying in Thailand & I am not able to make any purchases on Thai online stores and pay for hotel bookings via PayPal. I can only make purchases for Ebay. Why is that? When I check on my account page, I note that there is no limitations on my account.i

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

If you are going to holiday in another country then you need to tell them before you leave otherwise your account may be restricted until you verify its you and not a scammer that has hijacked your account internationally.
