For such a large organization, I cannot find a phone number or even a call back area in which Paypal will physically assist with a dispute. Espcially in my caase where they have fraudulent websites from overseas adding products, printing out labels and not shipping product. Any assistance of how to acutally talk to a human at Paypal would be appreciated.
