case: PP-D-70376314, I was denied. I do not understand why. The product I received was not as described and was not useful. As asked by Paypal I returned the product on the address provided by the seller. The seller gave the wrong address and the product did not deliver back to the seller. Still, my claim was refused. I shared all the shipping details with photos. This is a very bad experience for me. No support from PayPal in the entire process.
