From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre. Once you have completed the steps the case will transition to review, and you will receive an email update when the review is complete.
