I purchased a product off Ebay. It never arrived and the seller's account is 'no longer available on Ebay' meaning they probably got banned for scams. However, I tried to initiate a refund on Ebay through my phone. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the options were limited on there versus desktop (this should be fixed!) and I hit 'request return' instead of what I should've if I was on desktop (I never received it). To fix this, I closed my return request, only to find out that now, there's nothing I can do. There's no option for 'I didn't receive item' and Ebay thinks everything is done with. Ebay didn't give my refund, and it's all a big user experience mistake that thousands of others may experience.
