I recently Spent £700 on a new phone from Jhon Lewis pretty normal right....
When i opened the box there was a kids toy in there not my £700 phone, someone at John Lewis is clearly pulling a cruel joke!
I contact John Lewis about this and the tell me to contact my payment provider which i do. (PayPal)
I open a case with John Lewis about my problem then the next day the case is closed and my account is completely locked i can no longer do anything with my PayPal account other than log in. My money is stuck for 180 days...
so I spent £700 for a kids toy instead of the phone that i ordered and now my PayPal account is closed which I have has since 2017 or longer
I have a business account and use PayPal almost everyday. Now my cards are locked and i can not make a new account either. 😞
I feel completely ripped off by these big companies!
