May I Please get some answers from Paypal for not resolving my limitation over my paypal Account this is so unbearable for me that i have to wait up till now is yet to be resolved. i and my client has no argument or issues regarding this transaction, please please Paypal teams resolve my account as this is making me unable to complete my services.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
