I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED and paypal closed my case

Good afternoon paypal community,

My case was closed even when I sent the letter from fedex that the item was not sent under my name and not sent/delivered to my address. I already sent this letter from fedex from one of paypal's customer chat. 

I need help. Is there anything else I can do? I have been clearly scammed.

UPDATE:

Paypal closed the case in my favor. I sent chat with one of their customer service representatives yesterday and re-opened the case. I got an email today that I will be receiving my money back. Thank you Paypal!
