I am a seller but got a scammed by Manasi <removed>. She bough my item but until one month later open disputed, claim that item is not as described (After one month long) PayPal on her side and ask her to send back the item to me. But she sent it to the differrent address and that is TARGET SHOPPING CENTER. I have to contact USPS to got the evidence that she send to TARGET CENTER. Not to my address on file with PayPal. So I reported it to PayPal but how is awful customer services of PayPal, no phone call only text message and don't reply until the next day. How is PayPal like a bank WITHOUT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I sent to many email to PayPal but NO ONE respond back to my email. And now I just received the email PayPal close the case and refund money to her when I never receive back the item.
Please Help me if any PayPal employee read my message.
