I Don’t know what to do

I ordered something off of an instagram page and the quality was shocking compared to what I was promised, I contacted the seller and was then blocked. I made a complaint yesterday which was meant to be under the term significantly different to described, however, I pressed unauthorised by accident and now the case has been denied and I cannot file the complaint. I don’t know what to do or how to get my money back

Contact customer services and explain you clicked the wrong one and see if they will open one for you.

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
