i created a paypal account not knowing you had to be 18 or older ( im 15) i transferred my money into my new account but i cant get it out because it says im not 18 or older,( but they let me put it it no problem) i cant go the the resolutions center because it says "i'm not allowed to use paypal please contact someone through the resolution center" please help me get my money out
