I Can't link with my bank and debit card

I multiply times try to connect my bank and my card to fix my negative balance issue. my account has been limited because Paypal claims that my account needs to fix the negative issue and I need to link my account with a bank which I did and as well as a debit card.  but every single time I try to resolve this it keeps asking me to link in with my bank but I already have done so, and when I do link my bank or debit card, it again ask me to link a a bank or a debit card

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
