My husband doesn’t have a paypal account. We noticed a charge on his credit card on March 12,2020 for $125.00 from Civic Social Fraternal Assoc. Swe are not sure what we need to do to get this resolved. We need to delete a paypal account that he doesn’t have and get the $125.00 back. I have looked in my paypal account and don’t see anything for this amount. Please let me know what I need to do.
