How withdraw $ from account w. threshold once 6 months are over + NOONE @ PP is responding.Desperate

Got a threshold on my account over 1 year ago with no evident reason and after providing all official documents...

Anyway......

The 6 months of block have passed and I have been trying for months now to contact PP and NOONE gets back to me or answers mails etc.

I cannot use the account or do any transaction with it.

I have a larger sum sitting in the account I urgently need and just wanna close it and not deal with PP anymore ever.

Please someone help me. That nonexistent customer service is just a joke they offer.....
